| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti učitelů v souvislosti s autoritou a kázní žáků ve třídě. V teoretické části je popsána profese učitele, zabývá se také otázkou kázně žáků, způsoby řešení nekázně a jejímu předcházení. Dále obsahuje rozbor autority učitele. V praktické části je prošetřena prostřednictvím dotazníků spokojenost učitelů. Z daných výsledků je sestaven návod, který by měl učitelům pomoci k udržení autority a kázně. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the satisfaction of teachers in relation to the authority and discipline of pupils in the classroom. The theoretical part describes the teaching profession, personality, it also deals with the issue of discipline pupils, ways of dealing with indiscipline and its prevention. It also contains an analysis of the teacher's authority. The practical part is investigated through questionnaires satisfaction of teachers. Based on the results is compiled instruction that should help teachers to maintain authority and discipline. |
