| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu konkrétního podniku. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části a to teoretickou a praktickou část. První část specifikuje účel a cíle finanční analýzy. Dále je tato práce zaměřena na uživatele finanční analýzy a zdroje informací důležité pro sestavení analýzy. Dále jsou rozebrány absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele. Teoretická část končí souhrnnými ekonomickými ukazateli, kde jsou použity pyramidové soustavy a účelově vybrané ukazatele pro hodnocení bonity podniku. V praktické části byly aplikované metody a poznatky finanční analýzy na vybraný ekonomický subjekt ETD TRANSFORMÁTORY a.s. za pět po sobě jdoucích obdobích (2008-2012). Poslední částí bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení finanční analýzy a navrhnutí zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti dle vypočtených výsledků. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on conducting financial analysis of a concrete company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical part. The first part specifies the puprose of the work and targets of the financial analysis. Another focus is aimed at users of the financial analysis and information resources relevant to developing the analysis. Then absolute, differential and ratio indicators are analyzed. The theoretical part ends with aggregate economic indicators, where a pyramidal system and purposefully selected indicators for eveluation the creditworthiness of the company are used. In the practical section, methods of the financial analysis of the selected economic entity ETD TRANSFORMÁTORY a.s. were applied for a five year period (2008-2012). The last part of the thesis evaluates the financial analysis and proposes improvement for the economic situation of the company in accordance with the calculated results. |
