| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá volbami do zastupitelstev obcí. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy, jako jsou obec, zastupitelstvo a jeho orgány. Je zaměřena zejména na voliče, jeho aktivní a pasivní volební právo a jeho překážky, volební orgány a samotný průběh a zásady hlasování. Následně je zde rozpracováno zpracování výsledků voleb a možný soudní přezkum voleb. V závěru práce je umístěna kazuistika, mapující přípravu a průběh voleb v konkrétní městské části. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the elections to municipal councils. The paper defines terms such as community, the council and its instiutions. It focuses on the dial, its active and passive suffrage and its obstacles, electoral authorities, the process itself and the principles of the vote. The processing of election results and possible judcial review of the elections is then described. In the conclusion of this thesis, there is a case report, covering the preparation and conduct of elections in a particular district. |
