| Abstract: | Hlavním výstupem této diplomové práce je implementace střednědobého strategického programu organizace. Úvodní část dokumentu se zabývá formulací strategického plánu. Formulace sestává mimo jiné z analýzy prostředí společnosti a stanovení jejích střednědobých strategických cílů. Tyto cíle jsou rozpracovány v cíle krátkodobé a implementovány do účetních výkazů, včetně popisu adekvátního plánu implementace. Následující kapitoly se zabývají analýzou rizik a vyvozením parametrů pro controlling plánu. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí poznatků a vyvození doporučení do budoucna. |
| Abstract in different language: | The implementation of medium-term strategic program of the organization is the main aim of this diploma thesis. At the beginning there is a formulation of the strategic plan. The formulation includes, among others, description of the business environment of the company and definition of its medium-term strategic goals. These goals are elaborated into short-term ones and then implemented into financial statements, including the description of an adequate plan of implementation. The following chapters deal with the issue of the risk analysis and with the proposals of controlling plan parameters. The end of the thesis is devoted to the summarization of findings and recommendations for the future. |
