| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce objasňuji termíny ošetřovatelství, ošetřovatelský proces včetně jeho součástí. Zabývám se vzděláváním sester, ošetřovatelskou dokumentací a legislativou. Praktická část je zaměřena na znalosti a názory sester k realizaci ošetřovatelského procesu. Díky této bakalářské práci zjišťuji, že sestry v praxi jsou v dané problematice informovány a schopny poskytovat svým klientům kvalitní ošetřovatelskou péči. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the thesis I explain the terms of nursing, the nursing process and its components. I deal with the education of nurses, nursing documentation and legislation. The practical part is focused on the knowledge and opinions of nurses to implementation of the nursing process. Thanks to the thesis I found out that nurses in practice are well-informed of the issue and able to provide our clients with the quality nursing care. |
