Disertační práce se věnuje metalurgicko-technologickým aspektům spojování hliníkových slitin s ocelí. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na aktuálně řešenou problematiku tvorby těchto heterogenních spojů a dává ji do souvislosti s analýzou jejich vlastností. Rozsáhlý experimentální program shrnuje výsledky autorovy více než pětileté odborné činnosti v oblasti svařování a příbuzných procesů.

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Dissertation Work is devoted to metallurgy-technological aspects of aluminium alloys joining with steel. The Work provides a comprehensive view of currently solved problem area to create those heterogeneous joints and puts it into connection with analysis of their characteristics. An extensive experimental programme summarizes results of the author?s professional activities in the welding area and related processes lasting more than five years. The Dissertation Work is split into three main parts. The first one, theoretical part involves description of aluminium alloys joining with steel looking at both technology processes and material composition. It emphasizes crucial dissimilarities of that problem area in relation to creation of homogeneous joints. In this part of the Work an analysis of technologies is also performed whose further intensive research and development may be directed to a successful solution of specific weldability problems of aluminium alloys with steel. The biggest attention has been devoted to the MIG welding modification which according to the author?s work represents a prospective technology. In the second part, the experimental one of the Work a selection of parent materials and filler material has been made. On grounds of the plan of experiment the aluminium alloys joints with steel in various technological variants are created. The joining process is monitored in detail and analyzed from point of view of crucial parameters influencing the resultant quality of joints. The third part of the Work is devoted to creation of any experimental test specimens in material-technological variants. The specimens are subsequently put through a complex analysis while using up-to-date approaches and methods of destructive and non-destructive tests. The Work concludes by an assessment and summary chapter that describes the experiment achieved results. Topics for further research of the aluminium alloys joints with steel are also presented in the conclusion.en
