Abstract in different language:	Sex and sexuality is becoming one of the main topics of public discussion on television and on Internet servers. Among the consumers of these media are adolescent individuals, who form their perception of sexuality and have their fi rst sexual experiences. The aim of this study is to map and refl ect perceptions and practices of safe sex by Czech teenagers and their perception of risks connected with sexuality and a sexual life, including the implementation of a Safe Person to the perception of safe sex.Safe sex has diverse connotations, according to data which was obtained by qualitative research among teenagers (15-20 years old) in the period 2012-2014, especially using semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The fi rst question is safe sex, as in the prevention of risks . Safe sex not only leads to a reduction in the risk of transmitting STDs and to the prevention of pregnancy, but also prevents a “bad reputation”. And the second question involves methods of protection, which can be divided into: (1) Safe sex and contraception methods; (2) Perception of a Safe Person as a suitable person for sexual intercourse.
