Abstract in different language:	Controlling currently undergoing changes under the influence of developmental experiences that Czech companies have acquired under the influence of global economic crisis. The results of several surveys have shown that significant gains on the seriousness of the position CFO. With changes in conditions in which the company finds itself, is inevitably changes the requirements for professional knowledge and skill profile of not only the manager but also his closest professional colleague, Controller. On the question of whether and what a shift in this sector, tries to answer our post.
