| Abstract: | Zabezpečení neprostupnosti česko-bavorské státní hranice na Plzeňsku (Tachovsko, Domažlicko, Klatovsko) patřilo po skončení 2. světové války k důležitým úkolům československých, německých i amerických bezpečnostních složek. V letech 1945 – 1948 se vytvářel systém ochrany státní hranice založený nejen na tradičních prvcích její ostrahy (finanční stráž), ale poválečná realita si vynutila ještě další bezpečnostní opatření. Došlo ke vzniku specializovaných bezpečnostních složek zaměřených výlučně na ochranu státní hranice, byl vytvořen tzv. zónový systém jejího střežení, který vycházel z úzké spolupráce Sboru národní bezpečnosti, finanční stráže a vojska. Důležitá byla rovněž kooperace československých a amerických úřadů. Přestože vztahy mezi nimi nebyly vždy ideální a jednoduché, byla z obou stran patrná snaha o profesionální spolupráci, která přinášela zřetelné a jednoznačně pozitivní výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The security and impenetrability of the Czech-Bavarian border in Pilsen’s area (Tachov, Domažlice, Klatovy) ranked after the World War II to the important tasks of Czechoslovak, German and American security forces. The system of border protection was created in the years 1945-1948 and it was based not only on the traditional elements of the surveillance (Finance Guard), but the after war reality needed more safety measure. There was the emergence of specialized security services focused exclusively on the protection of state borders. There was created so-called zone system of surveillance, based on close cooperation between the National Security Corps, financial officers and troops. The cooperation of the Czechoslovak and American authorities was important also. Although relations between them were not always ideal and simple, efforts to professional collaboration was evident from both sides, which brought a clear and unequivocal positive results. |
