| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými nároky pojištěných a poškozených osob z povinného ručení, seznamuje čtenáře s podmínkami jejich uplatnění a rozsahem a výší těchto nároků. V souvislosti s tím je úvod práce věnován pojmu obecné odpovědnosti za škodu a předpokladům vzniku této odpovědnosti. Následně práce pokračuje kapitolou zabývající se institutem odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem dopravního prostředku a na ní navazuje kapitola, která čtenáře informuje o právní úpravě pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla v České republice. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis deals with individual claimes of insured and injured persons from Car insurance, intorduces the readers with the condition of their application and with the extent and amount these claimes. In connection with these claimes is the introduction of the thesis deals with the concept of general liability damage and assumptions of this liability. Subsequently thesis continues chapters dealing with institute of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and to the next chapter, which informs readers about legislation liability insurance of vehicle operation in the Czech Republic. |
