| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice cenných papírů. Autor této práce se ve třech hlavních kapitolách postupně snaží vypořádat s otázkami týkajícími se pojmu cenných papírů, podstaty a podoby cenných papírů, přičemž vychází z jejich současné právní úpravy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The disertation is split to three main chapters which everyone should describe specific theoretical issues. First one discuss about general term of securities which include their historical process, basic determination of securities in law and new legal regulation of securities in Czech Republic. Second chapter deal with form of securities. The last chapter is concentrate in origin of securities and their different classes. |
