| Abstract: | Práce je psána od roku 1890, během něhož došlo k Vídeňským vyrovnávacím dohodám mezi národy, jejichž předmětem bylo jednání o tzv. punktační plán, který odmítla většina české veřejnosti. Na základě neúspěchu s punktacemi přestala být politicky důležitou strana staročeská na úkor strany mladočeské. Text práce stěžejně vypovídá o roku 1897, kdy došlo k vydání Badeniho jazykových nařízení, která se snažila zrovnoprávnit češtinu s němčinou také ve vnitřním úřadování. Němci tuto skutečnost odmítli, měli značný podíl na pádu Badeniho politiky a jejich vztahy k Čechům se ještě více radikalizovaly. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis covers the events from the year 1890 onwards. In that year, Vienna composition treaties among nations were proposed, the subject of which was the negotiation of the so called Points Plan. The plan was refused by the majority of the Czech public. Based on the failure of the Points Plan the Old Czech Party lost its influence and its role was taken over by the Young Czech Party. The thesis focuses on 1897 when Badeni's Language Ordinances were issued in an effort to equalize Czech and German languages in interior administration. Germans refused to accept such concept and were mainly responsible for the fall of Badeni's policies and their relations to Czechs were even more radicalized. |
