| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychohygienické aspekty učitelské profese. Skládá se z části teoretické a části praktické.Cílem teoretické části práce bude vyhledat, uvést a porovnat aktuální teoretické vědecké poznatky v oblasti psychohygieny obecně a psychohygieny pedagogů, vlivů na duševní zdraví. Popíši teoretické pojmy související s psychohygienou jako je syndrom vyhoření, mechanismus adaptace, stres. Ve druhé, praktické části provedu vlastní průzkum dotazníkovou metodou v řadách učitelů a vychovatelů. Na počátku mého průzkumu budu zjišťovat, jaké stresové situace jsou nejzávažnější a nejběžnější ve školním prostředí. V další části dotazníku pak u sledovaných osob, jejich životní styl. Výsledky porovnám v závislosti na věku učitele. Získané praktické výsledky vyhodnotím a porovnám s teoretickými východisky. Na základě výsledků výzkumu pak nastíním možnosti ovlivnění psychohygienických aspektů v učitelské praxi. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis drala with psychohygienic aspects of the teaching profession. Psychohygienic aspects of the teaching profession The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The target of the theoretical part of the work is to find and compare the current state of theoretical and scientific knowledge in the field of mental health in general. I will focus on basic definitions of mental hygiene, stress, diet regime, teaching profession, the personality of a teacher. In the second practical part I am presenting my own survey questionnaire method among teachers and educators in primary schools in different cities. At the beginning of my research I examine what stressful situations are the most serious and most common in the school environment. The next section will focus on the lifestyle of the involved people. The results are compared depending on the age of the teacher. For the purposes of my investigation and gathering information I created my own questionnaire. The acquired practical results are going to be analyzed and compared with theory. Based on the results of this research, possibilities of influencing the psycho aspects in teaching practice are presented. | en |
