| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá odlišnostmi v tréninkovém procesu stolního tenisu tělesně postižených jedinců upoutaných na invalidní vozík. V první, teoretické, části práce jsou popsány anatomicko-fyziologické aspekty tělesného postižení, jeho rozdělení a klasifikace do skupin v rámci stolního tenisu. Tato část se dále věnuje tomuto oblíbenému sportu z hlediska pravidel intaktních i tělesně postižených jedinců, nezbytného vybavení a základních charakteristických prvků. Druhá, praktická, část je věnována popisu jednotlivých specifik, která trénink tělesně postižených stolních tenistů ovlivňují. Podrobně popsány jsou zde i technika základních úderů, taktika hry, vhodné tréninkové kombinace, struktura tréninkové jednotky a roční tréninkový cyklus. Vybrané kapitoly této části jsou doplněny o fotografie, které pomohou lépe pochopit danou problematiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is about differences in a training process of people on the wheelchair with some physical disability. The first part of my work is theoretical. In the first part I will describe anatomical and physiological aspects of physical disability, its division nad classification into the groups of table tennis. This part is also focusing on the basic and characteristic elements, rules and necessary equipment of table tennis for handicapped people. The second part is practical and is dedicated to description of individual specifics which affect the training of handicapped players. Also there is described the technique of the basic hits, the tactic of a game, appropriate training combinations, the structure of a training unity and one year training cycle. In some parts of my work you can see photographies for better undestranding of this problem. |
