| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o zobrazení podpovrchových vad a destruktivní metodě, která vede k jejich zjištění při výrobě hliníkového odlitku. Za destruktivní metodu považujeme obrábění. Práce obsahuje popis vad hliníkových odlitků, designérský návrh obráběcího přípravku, design nových a volbu standardních nástrojů použitých při obrábění. Dále je v diplomové práci zaznamenán technologický postup a tvorba NC programu, technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení výroby a reklamací. Na základě odzkoušení tématu práce v praxi, bylo vyhodnoceno jako plně funkční. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis discusses the views of subsurface defects and destructive method, which leads to their discovery in the production of aluminum casting. For the destructive method we consider the machining. The thesis contains of the description of defects of the aluminum casting, design project of the machining jig, design of the new tools and choice of standard tools which are used during the casting. There is also showed a technological advancement and a creation of NC program, technical-economic devaluation of the production and objection. Based on the try out in practice it was evaluated as a fully functional. |
