| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma zobrazovací metody a endovaskulární léčba u akutních ischemických cévních mozkových příhod je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je obecně popsána anatomie a patologické procesy cévního zásobení mozku. Dále se v teoretické části zabýváme rozdělením cévních mozkových příhod. V další kapitole stručně popisujeme jednotlivé vyšetřovací postupy u cévních mozkových příhod s podrobnějším popisem zobrazovacích metod, zejména výpočetní tomografie a protokolu CT angiografie. V závěru teoretické části se zabýváme intervenčním výkonem mechanického odstranění trombotizujícího materiálu, který je příčinou ischemie mozkové tkáně. Praktická část obsahuje několik ukázek kazuistik pacientů, kterým byla diagnostikována akutní ischemická cévní mozková příhoda pomocí CT, a kterým byla následně indikována endovaskulární léčba mechanické trombektomie na intervenční klinice FN Plzeň. Akutní ischemická cévní mozková příhoda je život ohrožující stav, který vyžaduje neodkladné řešení, a proto bychom chtěli poukázat na nutnost rychlé zobrazovací metody, která je nezbytná k včasnému určení diagnozy. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis on the topic of imaging methods and endovascular treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular strokes is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part, there is the general description of anatomy and pathological processes of cerebral vasculature. Furthermore in the theoretical part we deal with the division of cerebrovascular stroke. In the next chapter we briefly describe examination methods of cerebrovascular strokes with more detailed description of imaging methods, in particular computed tomography and protocol of CT angiography. In the conclusion of the theoretical part we deal with intervention procedure of mechanical removal of thrombotic material, which is cause of ischemia of cerebral tissue. The practical part contains several examples of case reports of patients who were diagnosed with acute ischemic cerebrovascular stroke using CT and who were subsequently indicated for mechanical thrombectomy at intervention clinic of FN Plzeň. Acute ischemic cerebrovascular stroke is life threatening condition that requires immediate solution and therefore we would like to point out the need for rapid imaging method, which is essential for early diagnosis. |
