| Abstract: | Cíl mé bakalářské práce spočívá v podrobném rozebrání problematiky odměňování a zdaňování společníků a jednatelů. Dále se věnuji problematice půjček ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce poskytuje především právní a účetní pohled. První kapitolu jsem věnovala charakteristice a historii společnosti s ručením omezeným. Další kapitola se detailně zabývá charakteristikou vzniku práv společníka, odměňováním společníka a následným zdaněním těchto příjmů. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na statutární orgány společnosti, kterými jsou jednatelé. Podrobně rozebírá problematiku odměňování a zdaňování tohoto orgánu. V poslední kapitole se zaměřuji na problematiku půjček ve společnosti s ručením omezeným a jejich právní a daňové řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe in detais issues of rewards and taxation of co-owners and executive directors. Problems of loans in the Public Limited Company (PLC) are also considered. The thesis consideres it from the legal and accounting point of view. The first chapter is focused on history of the PLC. The following chapter characterizes rights of the co-owners, rewards of the co-owners and final taxation of those incomes. The third chapter covers the issues of executive directors. Reward and taxation of executive directors is described in details. The last chapter consideres loans and their accountancy and legislation of the Public Limited Company. |
