| Abstract: | Hlavním předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku Škoda Machine Tool a. s. v letech 20112014 pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy a stanovení návrhů na případná zlepšení této situace. Práce je rozdělena do 5 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje teoretickému vstupu do dané problematiky. Ve druhé kapitole je představena analyzovaná společnost. Další kapitola je zaměřena na samotnou finanční analýzu společnosti. Finanční analýza je zpracována pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy, dále čistého pracovního kapitálu a analýzy poměrových ukazatelů. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje celkovému hodnocení ekonomické situace podniku s využitím výsledků, které přinesla zpracovaná finanční analýza. Poslední kapitola obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení výsledků finanční analýzy a zlepšení celkové ekonomické situace podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The primary aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the economic situation of Škoda Machine Tool a. s. during the years 20112014, using the tools of financial analysis, and to define the suggestions for its possible improvement. This thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical input into the issue. The second chapter presents the analyzed company. The next chapter is focused on the financial analysis of the company. The financial analysis is processed using the horizontal and vertical analysis, net working capital and analysis of ratio indicators. The fourth chapter deals with overall assessment of economic situation of the company, using the results of the financial analysis. The last chapter contains the suggestions for improvement of the results of the financial analysis and improvement of overall economic situation of the company. |
