| Abstract: | Smyslem této diplomové práce bylo popsat všechny obecné informace o provozu a chodu tábora TOM-Družstvo. V teoretické části byla popsána úloha a funkce provozovatele, pověřené osoby neboli hlavního vedoucí, oddílového vedoucí a praktikantů. Dále bylo popsáno řízení tábora, práv a povinností pracovníků a bezpečnosti práce. V praktické části byla popsána realizace tábora, která obsahuje harmonogram na 15 dní tábora, celotáborovou hru a etapové hry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main meaning of my thesis is to describe general information about TOM-Družstvo Camp Association running. In a theoretical part there is described a role and function of a camp director, an appointed person - so-called head of camp leaders, kids group leaders and their assistants. In addition to it there is also described a camp association running, staff rights and liabilities and health and safety preservation. In a practical part there is described a camp realisation which consists of a 14 days camp schedule, a 15 day prime game and sequential camp games. |
