| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tradičními svátečními pokrmy v Bavorsku a v Čechách. Je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První teoretická část obsahuje přehledný seznam svátků, které se slaví jak v Bavorsku, tak v Čechách. Tento seznam je rozdělen podle ročních období a jsou zde uvedeny především informace o tradiční kuchyni a zvycích. Ty jsou stručně popsány a porovnány. Při tvorbě praktické části bylo využito dotazníkového šetření. Tento dotazník se týká svátků a tradiční sváteční kuchyně v Bavorsku a v Čechách. Na základě tohoto dotazníku bylo zjišťováno, jaké svátky se slaví v Čechách a v Bavorsku a jak vnímají respondenti pojem "tradiční sváteční bavorské/české jídlo". Dotazník se zabýval také otázkou, jaké je povědomí lidí z Bavorska a z Čech o sváteční tradiční kuchyni jejich sousední země. Součástí bakalářské práce je i malá kuchařka s vybranými tradičními bavorskými a českými recepty, která je k nalezení v příloze. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the traditional festive cuisine of Bavaria and Bohemia. It is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part contains an overview of the kinds of holidays celebrated in both Bavaria and Bohemia. This overview is divided according to the seasons of the year and it provides mainly information concerning the traditional cuisine and customs. These are briefly described and compared. The compiling of the practical part utilized a survey based on questionnaires, the subject of which was the traditional cuisine of both countries. On the grounds of this survey an investigation was conducted regarding the kinds of holidays celebrated in both countries and the ways in which the respondents perceived the term "traditional festive Bavarian/Bohemian cuisine". The questionnaire further pursued the issue of the respondent´s awareness of the festive cuisine of the adjacent country. This thesis also contains a short recipe book comprised of chosen dishes, which is included in the appendix. |
