| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem optimalizace induktoru pro indukční pájení měděné vsázky. Nejprve je provedena důkladná rešerše technologií využívaných pro indukční tvrdé pájení mědi, jež reflektuje poznatky z praxe i aktuální trendy a výzkumy. V další části je definován konkrétní problém, kterým se tato práce zabývá, a jsou zde upřesněny parametry jednotlivých komponent. Dále je popsán matematický model využívaný simulačním softwarem, kde jsou rozebírána jednotlivá fyzikální pole. Následně je přistoupeno k samotné optimalizaci, je zde popsáno pět navrhovaných prototypů, úvahy vedoucí k jejich vzniku a výsledné vlastnosti. Tyto vlastnosti jsou nakonec diskutovány a na jejich základě je zvolen optimální prototyp induktoru. Pro tento prototyp je na závěr vytvořena výrobní dokumentace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to optimize inductor for induction brazing of copper tubes. The first objective is to create thorough research of technologies used for induction brazing of copper, including practice knowledge, current trends and science research. The next chapter defines the specific problem that this work deals with and the parameters of each component are specified here. In the following section of this thesis is described a mathematical model used by the simulation software and each individual physical field is analyzed. The final step is the optimization itself. In this part are described five possible prototypes, considerations leading to their final form and resulting properties. These properties are discussed and based on this discussion is chosen the optimal inductor prototype. For this prototype is finally created production drawing. |
