| Abstract: | Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá popisem základních zásad stolování a pravidly slušného chování v České republice na 1. stupni ZŠ. Dále popisuje dekoraci slavnostních stolů a analyzuje výuku stolování a přípravy pokrmů na několika školách dle jejich školních vzdělávacích programů. Praktická část je soubor pracovních listů, sloužících k výuce stolování na 1. stupni. Nachází se zde i několik dekorací pro výzdobu slavnostního stolu. Vše je doplněno o postupy práce a metodické pokyny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the description of the basic principles of dining and the rules of good behavior in the Czech Republic at primary school. It also describes the decoration of the festive tables and analyzes the teaching of dining and preparation of meals at several schools according to their school education program. The practical part is a set of worksheets serving to teach dining at the primary school. There are also several decorations for the decoration of the festive table. Everything is supplemented by working procedures and methodological instructions. |
