| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou problematiky poruchy ADHD a jejího vymezení v období mladšího školního věku dítěte. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části práce se věnujeme vymezení období mladšího školního věku, specifickým poruchám učení a chování a syndromu ADHD. V práci se nejdříve zaměřujeme na pojem ADHD, historické pojmenování, typy ADHD, příčiny, diagnostiku a symptomy. Dále se v práci nachází terapeutické přístupy, kterými lze mírnit projevy ADHD. Terapeutické přístupy jsou rozčleněny na 3 hlavní pilíře farmakoterapii, psychoterapii a výchovná a patřičná opatření v rodině a ve škole. Pro usnadnění práce s dětmi, které mají poruchu ADHD se zde nachází několik typů a rad pro učitele i rodiče. Teoretickou část práce uzavírá legislativa. V praktické části této práce se nachází informace k jednotlivým případovým studiím. Nachází se zde 8 případových studií, na základě nichž můžeme pozorovat individuální rozdíly mezi zkoumanými dětmi. V jednotlivých kazuistikách můžeme pozorovat vývoj, individualitu v projevech dítěte s ADHD, způsoby práce a přístupy k nim. V této části práce se také nachází kresby dětí a jejich následný rozbor. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis is concentrated around the ADHD issue and its demarcation of children at their first school years period. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part we pursue the demarcation of the first school years period, specific disorders and behaviour and the syndrome of ADHD. First we are taking a look on the ADHD meaning, historical designation, the types of ADHD, causes, diagnostics and symptoms of the disorder. Than the thesis consists of therapeutic approaches, which can mitigate the manifestations of ADHD. Therapeutic approaches are divided into 3 main parts: pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and educational and appropriate measures in the family and school environment. For making the work with the kids with ADHD easier, there are also included some tips and pieces of advice for teachers and family members. Theoretical part ends with the legislation. In the practical part of this thesis is information to each case study. There are 8 case studies in total, based on which we can observe the individual differences between the examined children. In the individual case reports we can observe the development, individuality in the behaviour of the child with the ADHD, the ways of working with him and approaching these ways. In this part of the thesis there are also included the drawings of children and their subsequent analysis. |
