| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem ADHD a následná terapie se zabývá problematikou ADHD u dětí mladšího školního věku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá samotnou poruchou. V První kapitole vycházíme z charakteristiky mladšího školního věku. V další kapitole jsou vymezeny poruchy chování a učení v dětském věku. Třetí kapitola pojednává o ADHD se zaměřením na historii, ontogenezi, příčiny, symptomy a diagnostiku. Jsou zde uvedeny také problémy související s ADHD a základní kritéria tvorby individuálního vzdělávacího plánu. Od čtvrté kapitoly se věnujeme možnostem následné terapie u dětí s ADHD. Praktická část práce obsahuje čtyři případové studie. Tyto studie ukazují odlišné projevy chování vybraných dětí. Jsou zde také uvedeny postupy práce s hyperaktivními dětmi, odlišnosti ve výchově a vzdělávání a předpokládaný další vývoj. V praktické části jsme došli k tomu, že projevy ADHD se v jednotlivých případech značně liší. Vedle klasických symptomů se objevují další problémy, které mohou zhoršovat stav jedince. Největší podíl na zlepšení aktuálního stavu dítěte s ADHD má vliv rodiny a školy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis titled ADHD and the sequential therapy deals with ADHD in school age children. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is dedicated to the disorder. In the first chapter, we describe the characteristics of primary school age. In the next chapter we define the behaviour and learning disorders in school age children. The third chapter deals with ADHD, focusing on history, ontogeny, causes, symptoms and diagnosis. There are mentioned the problems associated with ADHD and basic criteria for the formation of individual educational plan. From the fourth chapter we describe the possibilities of sequential therapy in children with ADHD. The practical part consists of four case studies. These studies show different symptoms of selected children. There are also the procedures for working with hyperactive children, differences in education and expected future development. In the practical part, we came to the fact that symptoms of ADHD are very differently in individual cases. Besides the classic symptoms appear other problems that may worsen the condition of the individual person. The largest share of the improvement of the current status of a child with ADHD affects families and schools. |
