| Abstract: | Předkládaný příspěvek se zabývá novou povinností obchodních korporací zaznamenávat aktuální údaje o jejich skutečných majitelích a zapsat je do nové evidence. Článek rovněž analyzuje relevantní AML právní úpravu na Slovensku a popisuje budoucí změny, který vyplývají z 5. směrnice proti praní špinavých peněz. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted paper deals with a new duty of the business corporations to hold current information on their beneficial owners and to register the beneficial owners in a new evidence. The paper also analyses the relevant AML regulation in Slovakia and describes the future changes which follow from the 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive. |
