| Abstract in different language: | Sports law (as a complex of real legal rules) should not be considered as a separate branch of law; neither in the Czech Republic, and most probably not in general either. Nevertheless, it is useful to acknowledge its existence (and its notion) both in the area of research, as well as in the educational process. On these two platforms the sports law includes not only real legal rules, but also a huge range of extra legal rules (forming the so-called autonomous sports law). |
