| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na použití vysokorychlostní kamery v oblasti svařování. Cílem je získat vysokorychlostní záznam svařovacího procesu z orbitálního svařování nerezových trubek metodou TIG. Analýzou tohoto svařovacího procesu lze objevit případné nedostatky, které se dají změnou svařovacích parametrů eliminovat. Souběžně s analýzou se dělají mechanické zkoušky a metalografie. Výsledkem je kvalitní svar s minimem vad. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master's thesis focuses on the use of high speed cameras in the field of welding. The aim is to obtain a high speed record of the welding process from the orbital welding of stainless steel tubes by the TIG method. An analysis of this welding process may reveal possible shortcomings, which can be eliminated by changing the welding parameters. Mechanical tests and metallography are done simultaneously with the analysis. The result is a high quality weld with a minimal amount of defects. |
