| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je posoudit a porovnat úroveň koordinačních schopností u dvou skupin dětí mladšího školního věku s vybranou sportovní specializací a bez sportovní specializace. V teoretické části je charakterizována motorika, motorické schopnosti, a to především koordinační schopnosti u dětí mladšího školního věku. Praktická část se specializuje na metody výzkumu a testovaní, v kterém je použita testová baterie MABC-2 (Movement Assesment Battery for Children). Jedná se o standardizovanou zkoušku motoriky, která se používá pro hodnocení úrovně motorického vývoje. Pomocí statistických výpočtů byla posouzena rozdílnost koordinační úrovně daných výzkumných skupin a dále ověřena statistická významnost pomocí Studentova T testu. V samostatné kapitole byl zhotoven návrh doporučených cvičení pro rozvoj koordinačních schopností formou překážkových drah. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess and compare the level of coordination skills in two groups of children of younger school age: with a selected sport specialization and without sport specialization. The theoretical part characterizes motor, motor skills and primarily younger school age children coordination skills. The practical part is dedicated to the research and a testing method using the MABC-2 (Movement Assesment Battery for Children) test battery. This is a standardized motor test which is used for level of motor development evaluation. Using statistical computations, the differences in the coordination level of the given research groups were assessed and statistical significance verified using the Student T test. In a separate chapter was developed a proposal of the recommended exercises for the development of coordination skills in the form of obstacle trajectories. |
