| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o klienta potonsilektomii. V teoretické části práce se věnuji anatomii hltanu se zaměřením na Waldeyerův lymfatický okruh. Dále zde popisuji i indikace k tomuto výkonu a samotný operační výkon. Kapitole, které věnuji největší pozornost je kapitola popisující ošetřovatelskou péči a edukaci v předoperačním, perioperačním a pooperačním období. Praktická část mé práce obsahuje kazuistiku dětského a dospělého pacienta podstupujícího tento zákrok se zaměřením na ošetřovatelský proces a edukaci. Analýzou dat zjišťuji, kde vznikají deficitní oblasti v edukaci na základě čehož jsem vytvořila edukační materiál do rukou pacienta propuštěného do domácího ošetřování. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o kazuistiku dětského a dospělého pacienta na konci své práce porovnávám rozdíly v ošetřovatelské péči o dospělého a dětského pacienta. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care of the client after tonsilectomy.In the theoretical part, I deal with the anatomy of the pharynx with a focus on the Waldeyer lymphatic circuit. I also describe the indications for this performance and the operation itself. The chapter I pay attention to is the chapter describing nursing care and education in preoperative, perioperative and postoperative periods. The practical part of my work contains a case study of a child and adult patient undergoing this procedure focusing on the nursing process and education. By analyzing the data, I find out where the deficiency areas in education are created, by which I have created the educational material in the hands of the patient who has been released to home care.Given the case study of a child and adult patient at the end of my work, I compare the differences in nursing care for the adult and the child patient. |
