| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice mentoringu, a to především vztahu sestry mentorky a studenta během odborné praxe. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na oblast mentoringu. Nalezneme zde i kapitoly, které jsou věnovány didaktice ošetřovatelství, všeobecné sestře, komunikaci nebo vzdělávání. Praktická část se skládá z kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Obsahuje rozhovory, které se uskutečnily s mentory, a zároveň analyzované dotazníky od studentů. Závěr bakalářské práce poskytuje získané poznatky a nalezneme zde i doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mentoring, especially the relationship between nurse mentor and student during work placement. The theoretical part focuses on mentoring. There are also chapters dedicated to the didactics of nursing, general nursing, communication and education. The practical part consists of qualitative and quantitative research. It includes interviews with mentors, as well as questionnaires from students. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis presents the knowledge acquired, as well as recommendations for practice. |
