| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je controlling projektu. Na začátku práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy projektového managementu a následně základní pojmy související s controllingem projektu. Na základě těchto charakteristik je v praktické části popsán projekt a jeho controlling. Stěžejní částí práce je popis controllingu v jednotlivých fázích projektu. Následně je controlling projektu zhodnocen a je navrhnuta metoda, kterou subjekt realizující projekt popsaný v praktické části může využít při realizaci projektu podobného charakteru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is aimed to the project controlling. In the beginning there are theoretically defined the general therms of the project management and subsequently also the main therms which are connected with the project controlling. Based on these characteristics, in the practical part of this thesis there is a description of the concrete project and its controlling. The characteriozation of the particular plan phases presents the crucial part of the this bachelor thesis, whereas in its end the controlling is evaluated and the methode, which the subject described in the practical part may use in terms of the realization of such a project, is proposed. |
