| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním ekonomických analýz dvou výjezdových stanovišť Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje. Analýza se skládá ze zpracování rozpočtových částí a následných optimalizací nákladů na výstavbu. Cílem práce je analýza získaných poznatků a provedení zhodnocení nákladů na výstavbu s použitím cenových soustav ÚRS Praha s přihlédnutím k použitým konstrukčním systémům, stavebním technologiím a ostatním stavebním pracím, které mají vliv na výslednou cenu objektu a dobu jeho výstavby. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with an elaboration of economic analysis for two departure stations for Medical Rescue Service in Pilsen Region. The content of the analysis is the processing of construction budget parts and subsequent optimizations of construction costs. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the acquired knowledge and to perform the evaluation of construction costs with using the price systems of ÚRS Praha, taking into account the used construction systems, building technologies and other construction works that affect the final price of the building and its construction time. |
