| Abstract: | V první fázi bakalářské práce bylo cílem seznámit s historií tohoto sportovního odvětví a vybranými OCR závody. Dále se zaměřit na všechny teoretické poznatky okolo tréninkového plánu a jeho obsahu. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvořit tréninkový plán, který bude mít dostatečné parametry ke zlepšení výkonnosti jedince na takovou úroveň, že se nominuje na Mistrovství Evropy v OCR závodech. Pro zjištění kvality tréninkového plánu byl porovnán vstupní a výstupní trénink a jedinec se zúčastnil nominačního závodu. Vyhodnocení tréninků a výsledky z nominačního závodu ukázaly, že tréninkový plán má dostatečné parametry a zvýšil úroveň výkonnosti daného jedince na tolik, že se nominoval na Mistrovství Evropy v OCR závodech do Dánska. |
| Abstract in different language: | The initial aim of this undergraduate thesis was to become familiar with the history of this sport and chosen OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) races. Furthermore, the aim was to gather pieces of knowledge related to training plans and all the aspects they involve. The main goal of the thesis was to create a training plan, whose parameters will be sufficient enough to improve one's performance to the point where one will be selected for the OCR European Championship. To assess the qualities of the training plan, initial and final trainings were compared, and the tested subject participated in the nomination race. Evaluation of the trainings, and the results of the nomination race have both proven the training plan to have sufficient enough parameters, and to increase subject's performance to the point, where he has been selected for the OCR European Championship in Denmark. |
