| Abstract: | Kvalifikační práce podává obraz průběhu vybraných politických procesů s odpůrci komunistického režimu v 70. a 80. letech minulého století na pozadí legislativního rámce, v němž byla trestněprávní represe jako nástroj boje proti opozici a nonkonformním aktivitám realizována. Analyzuje téma trestněprávní perzekuce spojené s výkonem vazby, trestu odnětí svobody a ochranného dohledu, pojednává o výkonných nástrojích normalizační moci, které se aktivně podílely na veškerém režimním úsilí o nastolení pořádku. Charakterizuje rovněž vybrané protirežimní aktivity v Československu a s nimi související trestněprávní postihy, jimž byli aktéři těchto činností následně vystaveni. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis pursues to provide the reader with an in-depth picture of an active role of Communist party machinery in political trials in the period of normalization in the years 1969-1987 in former Czechoslovakia and to demonstrate it on destinies of ordinary citizens affected, above all, by criminal law sanctions. It gives a detailed account of the course of selected politicial trials with opponents of the Communist régime in the 1970s and 1980s in the background of the legislative framework at the time. |
