| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o institutu vyživovací povinnosti podle zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, zejména o vyživovací povinnosti rodičů k dětem a dětí k rodičům. Část práce je také věnována vyživovací povinnosti rodičů k dětem ve Velké Británii a vyživovací povinnosti s mezinárodním prvkem podle zákona č. 91/2012 SB., zákon o mezinárodním právu soukromém. Práce obsahuje úvahy de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the maintenance obligation under the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll, the main focus is on maintenance obligation between parents and children and children and parents. There is a part of this thesis which is dedicated to the issue of the maintenance obligation between parents and children in the Great Britain and to the maintenance obligation with an international element under the Act Governing Private International Law No. 91/2012 Coll. The thesis contains considerations de lege ferenda. |
