| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit návrh pohybových her pro rušnou část tělesné výchovy pro 2. stupeň základní školy a jejich realizace. Návrhy pohybových her byly uskutečněny na základě sběru a analýzy literatury, konzultace s vedoucí diplomové práce a vlastní zkušeností z výuky tělesné výchovy na základní škole. Realizace proběhla na 21. ZŠ v Plzni. Vzniklo 26 pohybových her. Sedm z nich jsou hry hlavní, ostatní jsou jejich modifikace. Pohybové hry byly zdokonalovány a upravovány na základě spolupráce s žáky. Každá pohybová hra se skládá z názvu pohybové hry, vymezení pomůcek potřebných k realizaci, doporučeného času, popisu hry, pravidel, obrázků hřiště a fotodokumentace s vybranými cviky, které by mohly být nejasné pro čtenáře, pohybových úkolů, ukončení hry a reflexe. V reflexi čtenář nalezne průběh hry, úroveň tepové frekvence, rady nebo doporučení k dodržení takových podmínek, aby pohybová hra odpovídala k zařazení do rušné části cvičební jednotky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis was to suggest some motion games for the dynamic part of the physical education at lower-secondary and to realize them. The proposals of games are based on litterature analysis consultations with the thesis tutor and on my own experience acquired during PE teaching at lower-secondary. The games were realized at 21th Elementary school in Plzeň. There are seven main games out of 26 games and the rest are their modifications. The motional games were modified and improved in accord with the pupils´ cooperation. Each motional game consists of the name description of needed equipment timing game and rules description pictures of playground and photo documentation of chosen excercise which could be unclear for readers motional tasks game ending and reflection. Readers can find the course of the game pulse frequency pieces of advice or recommendations for fulfilling the conditions so the motional game could be classified to the dynamic part of the lesson. |
