| Abstract: | Zvyšování bezpečnosti a kvality zdravotnické péče je celosvětovým trendem, kterému je v posledních letech věnována výrazná pozornost Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky a odborných lékařských společností. Aktualizovaný doporučený postup ČSARIM (České společnosti anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní medicíny) Zásady bezpečné anesteziologické péče, který je v současnosti zaváděn do klinické praxe, vychází z Luxemburské a Vídeňské deklarace, reflektuje závěry Helsinské deklarace a další zákonné normy a nařízení. K popisu současného stavu v oblasti bezpečnosti a anesteziologické péče v České republice byly využity existující zákonné normy a vyhlášky, analýza vybrané dostupné literatury a doporučení odborných společností vztahující se k problematice. Snahou příspěvku je poukázat na důležitost bezpečnosti pacientů podstupujících anesteziologickou péči a na zásadní roli anesteziologického odborníka. |
| Abstract in different language: | Improving the safety and quality of health care is a global trend, which has been paid in recent years to the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and specialized medical companies. Updated CSARIM recommended practice The principles of safe anesthetic care currently applied to clinical practice are based on the Luxembourg and Vienna Declarations, reflects the conclusions of the Helsinki Declaration and other statutory standards and regulations. To describe the current state of safety and anesthetic care in the Czech Republic, the existing legal norms and decrees, the analysis of selected available literature and the recommendations of professional companies related to the issue were used. The aim of the paper is to highlight the importance of the safety of patients undergoing anesthetic care and the essential role of the anaesthesiologist. |
