| Abstract: | V mé práci jsem se rozhodl fenomén dobrovolnictví zmapovat, charakterizovat a popsat jeho vývoj včetně nastínění budoucího rozvoje z mnoha hledisek, a to především z hlediska českého i evropského práva. V mé práci se také věnuji samotným subjektům dobrovolnictví, jejich činnosti i vzájemné komunikaci. Dobrovolnictví je velice důležitým prvkem ve struktuře nestátních neziskových organizací ve všech svých podobách, ať je to formou darů, čestné účasti nebo výkonem neplacené práce pro organizaci. K dosažení efektivního a komplexního obsahu je proto součástí mé práce i neziskový sektor. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my work, I decided to map the phenomenon of volunteering, characterize and describe its development, including the outline of future development from many points of view, especially from the point of view of Czech and European law. In my work I also deal with the subjects of volunteering, their activities and mutual communication. Volunteering is a very important element in the structure of non-governmental non-profit organizations in all its forms, whether in the form of donations, honest participation or the performance of unpaid work for the organization. To achieve an effective and comprehensive content is therefore part of my job and the nonprofit sector. |
