| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se týká komunikačních strategiích územních samospráv. Přináší přehled o možnostech komunikace veřejné správy s občany a její zakotvení v dokumentech, kterými jsou komunikační strategie územních samospráv. V druhé části diplomové práce je blíže přiblížena komunikační strategie města Plzně. Diplomová práce se skládá z osmi kapitol a vychází především z odborné literatury, právních předpisů České republiky a koncepčních dokumentů města Plzně. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with communication strategies of local governments. The diploma thesis provides an overview of the possibilities of communication of public administration with citizens and its incorporation in documents, which are communication strategies of local governments. The communication strategy of the city of Pilsen is described in the second part of the thesis. The thesis consists of eight chapters. The thesis is based mainly on professional literature, legal regulations of the Czech Republic and conceptions of the city of Pilsen. |
