| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá obezitou a její prevencí na 1. stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá ontogenezí dítěte v mladším školním věku, nadále obezitou, jejími příčinami, metodami diagnostiky, až po její důsledky a možná léčebná opatření pro dospělého jedince i dítě. Úkolem praktické části je zjištění aktuálním stavem dětí s nadváhou či podváhou na vybrané plzeňské základní škole.K tomu nám pomohl rozbor a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno na plzeňské základní škole, kde respondenti odpovídali na otázky týkající se jejich stravovacích návyků a životního stylu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with obesity and its prevention at elementary school. The theoretical part deals with the ontogenesis of the child in the younger school age, the obesity, its transitions, the methods of diagnostics, its consequences and possible therapeutic measures for the adult and the child. The task of the practical part is to determine the current status of overweight or underweight children at selected Pilsner elementary school. This helped us to analyze and evaluate the questionnaire survey that was conducted at the Pilsner Primary School, where respondents answered questions about their eating habits and lifestyle. |
