| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metody SMED pro racionalizaci přestavby výrobní linky. První část je věnována teorii štíhlého podniku a popisu základních metod průmyslového inženýrství s důrazem právě na metodu SMED. Ve druhé části je nejprve určena pilotní oblast v podniku pro racionalizaci přestavby, dále jsou provedeny všechny potřebné analýzy a návrhy zlepšení s vybalancováním přestavby. Závěrem je provedeno technickoekonomické zhodnocení aplikace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the application of the SMED method for rationalization of the production line chengeover. The first part is devoted to the lean enterprise theory and a description of fundamental methods of industrial engineering with an emphasis on the SMED method. In the first instance of the second part, the pilot area in the company for the changeover rationalization is determined. After that, all the necessary analyses and improvements concerning balancing of the changeover are made. Finally, a technical economic evaluation of the application is worked out. |
