| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje popis a funkci napínáku a základní rozdělení napínáků. Hlavní částí práce je analýza současného stavu napínáku a poté navržení nového řešení, které umožňuje opakovanou rozebiratelnost. Návrh musí splňovat kladené požadavky zadávající firmy a obecně kladené požadavky. Návrh je ověřen pomocí MKP analýzy. Analyticky je spočítána část třecího momentu, která slouží jako vstupní hodnota pro simulaci životnosti. V závěru je vyhodnocen návrh a výsledky simulací. Výsledkem je nový návrh rozebíratelného spojení (upínání) napínáku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis contains description and function of the tensioner and basic distribution of tensioners. The main part of the work is the analysis of the current state of the tensioner and then designing a new solution that allows for repeated disassembly. The proposal must meet the requirements of the commissioning company and the general requirements. The design is verified by FEM analysis. The part of the friction torque that is used as the input value to simulate the service life is calculated analytically. In conclusion, the design and results of simulations are evaluated. The result is a new design of the detachable tensioner clamping. |
