| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo vytvoření metodiky založení a provozu spolku v České republice pro všeobecné využití. V teoretické části je charakteristika spolku, určení jeho celospolečenského významu a popis historického vývoje, deskripce právních předpisů souvisejících se založením a provozem spolku primárně v oblasti účetnictví, daní a financování. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze daňových, účetních a finančních aspektů pomocí praktických příkladů, tzv. Best practices, které jsou ukázány na sportovních spolcích v Plzeňském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this work was to create a methodology for establishment and operation of the association in the Czech Republic for general use. In the theoretical part there is characteristic of the association, determination of its societal importance and description of historical development, description of legislation related to the establishment and operation of the association primarily in the areas of accounting, taxation and financing. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of tax, accounting and financial aspects using practical examples, so-called Best practices, which are shown at sports associations in the Pilsen region. |
