| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zejména všeobecnými obchodními podmínkami cestovních kanceláří, využíváním technologií zákazníky cestovních kanceláří a možností zájezdy podstoupit jiným osobám. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část je zaměřena na cestovní ruch jako takový, na technologie využívané v cestovním ruchu a poslední kapitola se zabývá zájezdy. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část, která analyzuje obchodní podmínky cestovních kanceláří a zjišťuje postoje respondentů k různým otázkám. |
| Abstract in different language: | Hereby presented work is focused on the general business conditions of travel agencies, the use of technology by customers of travel agencies and the attitude towards reselling tours owned by customers of the travel agencies to other persons. The thesis consists of two big sections, theoretical section and practical section. The theoretical part is more focused on tourism in general, technologies used in tourism and the last chapter is about tours above all. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part that analyses the business conditions of travel agencies and ascertains the attitudes of respondents to various questions. |
