Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem cílených kompenzačních cvičení na posturální funkce a flexibilitu hráčů ve věku 10-11 let klubu SK SENCO Doubravka. Vstupní a výstupní diagnostiky stavu posturální funkce a flexibility se aktivně zúčastnilo šestnáct hráčů experimentální skupiny, kteří prováděli intervenční kompenzační program po dobu tří měsíců a šestnáct hráčů kontrolní skupiny, kteří byli bez pohybové intervence. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny pomocí matematicko-statistických metod a byly zaznamenány do tabulek a grafů. Na základě stanovených hypotéz a jejich ověření konstatujeme hlavní závěry: kompenzační cvičení mají pozitivní vliv na posturální funkci a flexibilitu hráčů SK SENCO Doubravka U-11. Výše uvedené závěry a výsledky této diplomové práce mohou posloužit jako doporučení pro praxi. |
