| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je implementace systému řízení rizik v nejmenované společnosti XYZ, která působí v oblasti automatizace podnikových procesů. Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout a implementovat systém řízení procesních rizik a vytvořit praktický nástroj pro zaznamenávání a analýzu těchto rizik. V práci je nejprve představena společnost XYZ a je provedena analýza prostředí ve kterém společnost působí. Dále jsou uvedeny poznatky z teorie řízení rizik a je společnosti doporučen postup implementace systému řízení rizik. Následně je provedena samotná implementace na vybraných procesech. Obsahem implementace systému řízení rizik je především identifikace rizik, analýza rizik a návrh na ošetření rizik. To vše za použití vytvořeného nástroje. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny přínosy systému řízení rizik a jsou uvedena doporučení pro další postup. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is the implementation of risk management system in an unnamed company XYZ, which focuses on business process automation. The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement a process risk management system and to create a practical tool for recording and analyzing these risks. At first, the thesis introduces the company XYZ and analyzes the environment in which the company operates. Then the findings from the theory of risk management are presented which follows recommendation on how to implement a risk management system in the company. Subsequently, the implementation itself is carried out on selected processes. The content of the risk management system implementation is primarily risk identification, risk analysis and suggestions of risk strategy and treatment. The created tool is used in this process. Finally, the benefits of the risk management system are evaluated, and recommendations are stated for further action. |
