| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je implementace systému řízení rizik ve společnosti HOSPIMED, spol. s r.o. Cílem práce je analýza rizikových faktorů v uvedené společnosti a následný návrh systému řízení rizik včetně procesu jeho implementace. První kapitola obsahuje představení společnosti HOSPIMED, spol. s r.o. Kapitola druhá popisuje teoretickou rovinu managementu rizik. Třetí kapitola se věnuje analýze rizik společnosti HOSPIMED, spol. s r.o. včetně vytvoření registru rizik. Kapitola čtvrtá obsahuje návrh systému řízení rizik, následně popisuje proces představení tohoto systému vedení společnosti a proces samotné implementace. Poslední kapitola uvádí přínosy navrhovaného systému řízení rizik. Výstupem práce je vytvořený systém řízení rizik včetně registru rizik. Tato diplomová práce bude včetně registru rizik v tabulkovém procesoru poskytnuta společnosti HOSPIMED, spol. s r.o. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is the implementation of Risk management system in the company HOSPIMED. The thesis aims to assess risk factors in the company and subsequently to propose a risk management system including the process of its implementation. In the first chapter of the thesis the company HOSPIMED is introduced. Second chapter is dedicated to the theoretical background of risk management. In the third chapter the risks of the company are assessed and a risk register is created. The fourth chapter includes a proposal of risk management system for the company and subsequently the process of its introduction to the company management and its implementation is described. The last chapter states the benefits of the proposed system of risk management. The output of the thesis is system of risk management including the risk register. This thesis including the risk register spreadsheets will be made available to the company HOSPIMED. |
