| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou informovaného souhlasu pacienta a případné občanskoprávní odpovědnosti lékaře. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s povahou informovaného souhlasu, s jeho udělením a v neposlední řadě se vznikem občanskoprávní odpovědnosti lékaře. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the informed consent of a patient and potential civil liability of a doctor. The main aim of the thesis is to introduce to the reader the nature of informed consent, the granting of it, and, last but not least, the commencement of the civil liability of a doctor. |
