Abstract:	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním metodiky stanovení aktivace basofilních granulocytů stimulovaných alergenem břízy na průtokovém cytometru a na nově vyvíjející se 2DEP cytometrii. Stanovení bude probíhat u pozitivních pacientů na alergen břízy a u negativních kontrol pro porovnání výsledků.
Abstract in different language:	This Bachelor thesis will be about comparsion of methodologies for determining the activation of basophilic granulocytes stimulated by the birch allergen on a flow cytometer and on newly developed 2DEP cytometry. Determination will take place on positive patients for birch allergen and negative controls for comparison of results.
