| Abstract: | Popisuji řízení o žalobě proti rozhodnutí správního orgánu.Hlavním úkolem tohoto řízení je odstraňování nezákonnosti rozhodnutí správních orgánů.Moje práce má 11 kapitol.Nejprve popisuji právní úpravu správního soudnictví, která v České republice platila do 31.12.2002.Pak píši o příslušnosti a pravomoci soudu.Podrobně popisuji průběh řízení před soudem a rozhodnutí soudu.Na konec stručně píší o opravném prostředku. |
| Abstract in different language: | I decribe the proceedings in an Action against Decisions of an Administrative Body.The main purpose of this proceeding is to remove illegality of decisions of administrative bodies. My work have 11 chapter.At first I descrice the legal form of the administrative justice valid in the Czech Republic until 31 December 2002. Then I write about the jurisdiction and competence of the court. I describe in the detail the proceedings before the court and the court decision. At the end I write very briefly about the legal remedy. |
